We had the pleasure of spending several nights at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok in Senggigi – and it was perfect from start to finish! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and we were personally shown to our beautiful room. The entire resort is well-maintained, featuring a stunning pool area, high-quality amenities, and direct access to the beach. What truly made our stay special was the amazing breakfast team – especially Dewi and her lovely colleagues. They greeted us with warm smiles every morning and went out of their way to take care of us. On my wife’s birthday, they surprised her with a small cake and even sang “Happy Birthday” – such a heartfelt gesture. The beautiful room decoration for our anniversary and for Jasmin’s birthday was another touching highlight that made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast itself was delicious and varied, offering both local and international options, all fresh and beautifully presented. You can really feel the attention to detail and genuine care in everything they do. We wholeheartedly recommend the Katamaran Hotel & Resort to couples, families, or anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish, and truly welcoming hotel experience on Lombok. A big thank you to the entire team – you made our stay truly special!

I have been to 50 countries and about 200 hotels. This was one of the best. - beautiful hotel complex, not too big, not too small - amazing pools, cleaned daily - fantastic breakfast buffet, fresh and delicious options - stunning sunsets - superb gym, never seen a better one in a hotel! - exceptional staff, from the cleaning crew all the way up to the hotel manager - spacious, sparkling clean rooms (even the bed sheets are changed daily) - fast, reliable WiFi - semi private beach (you could technically walk up the beach from another hotel but its the last one before a cliff so only from one side) and reef, perfect for snorkeling (turtles!) - plenty of sunbeds by the pools - True, it's on the pricey side but here you definitely get what you pay for which is an exceptional stay - The area which the resort is located in doesn't offer much in itself, but you can easily rent a scooter from the place across the street and then it only takes a couple minutes to reach gorgeous beaches, authentic local food stands, mini markets and so on; if you want to go on trips to the Gilis or Secret Gilis, this place is basically smack in middle from the airport, so also a plus because the drive will never be longer than 90 minutes

Food at the Sail was more palatable than at the Kliff. Breakfast's always the same spread - buffet style. Room's spacious and bed's quite comfortable. Great view depending on the room booked. Nearest 24 mini-mart is about 10 minutes walk away, depending on your pace of walking. Good to stock up your snacks from this mart. Gym's at the rooftop and is relatively well equipped. Great access to the beach, But bring your booties as it's reef rock bottom and not sandy bottom. There are two pools and the infinity pool where the pool bar and towel stand are, naturally is the more popular one. You can order food in (from other joints like Molly's Bar and Grill or Omah Cobek (or others) if you get bored from eating the same old food from the resort's restaurants.

Right on the beach, stunning outlook. Staff are so friendly! Will do anything for you. Rooms were fabulous, shower and toilet super modern, gorgeous linen sheets and towels and robes. Super comfy beds. Just lovely. Food was delish, breakfast amazing! We stayed in June at around £105 per night, very much worth the money. We didn't bother with the modern lovely Kliff restaurant which the hotel recommended (thinks it's linked)..For a more relaxed authentic lombok vibe, for food we went to La Chill Bar & Restaurant, about a 10 min taxi drive away (£2.50 on Grab app), good food, bean bags on the beach, chillout music, lanterns in the trees, gorgeous sunset. Thank you Katamaran Hotel, we would thoroughly recommend you.

The property is modern and very well maintained. I stayed in the ocean front room and the view was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and did everything to make my stay comfortable. A big “thank you” to Desak from the reception who helped to fulfill my request to have lactose free milk in the restaurant (due to my lactose intolerance). I don’t think any other guests requested this before, but with some google research the restaurant got this kind of milk for me next day:) Thank you guys! I also tried Balinese massage in their Spa and I loved it. Ramlah did a great job! ❤️
