Food at the Sail was more palatable than at the Kliff. Breakfast's always the same spread - buffet style. Room's spacious and bed's quite comfortable. Great view depending on the room booked. Nearest 24 mini-mart is about 10 minutes walk away, depending on your pace of walking. Good to stock up your snacks from this mart. Gym's at the rooftop and is relatively well equipped. Great access to the beach, But bring your booties as it's reef rock bottom and not sandy bottom. There are two pools and the infinity pool where the pool bar and towel stand are, naturally is the more popular one. You can order food in (from other joints like Molly's Bar and Grill or Omah Cobek (or others) if you get bored from eating the same old food from the resort's restaurants.

The property is modern and very well maintained. I stayed in the ocean front room and the view was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and did everything to make my stay comfortable. A big “thank you” to Desak from the reception who helped to fulfill my request to have lactose free milk in the restaurant (due to my lactose intolerance). I don’t think any other guests requested this before, but with some google research the restaurant got this kind of milk for me next day:) Thank you guys! I also tried Balinese massage in their Spa and I loved it. Ramlah did a great job! ❤️

We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool, which was a great experience. The villa was spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean, providing a high level of comfort and privacy. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, with stunning ocean views that create a serene atmosphere. Nice beach, restaurants in a walking distance. The staff were warm, polite, and eager to assist, though on occasion reminders were needed to ensure requests were followed through. Their genuine friendliness, however, contributed greatly to the welcoming atmosphere of the resort. Dining at The Kliff restaurant was exceptional – the food, service, and setting combined to create a truly memorable experience. The spa also deserves mention, offering relaxing treatments in a tranquil environment that perfectly complemented the overall sense of escape.

Staff: overall, staff members were very friendly, certainly from F&B (resto, bar), housekeeping, and the bellboys. Two persons in particular were very very friendly, namely Dwi from F&B and the other one, I forgot her name, but it was a young girl with glasses who is in charge of welcoming guests at the entrance; anyway, thanks for making our stay even more comfortable. Front Office was also very friendly, except for one person, a woman, but I don't know her name; unfortunately she barely smiles. Spa: not the best, the massages were ok (not wow), but the staff members were very unprofessional. When we arrived, they were laughing about something, which is ok, but in the aftermath, the woman at the reception kept laughing very hard in my face while making a heart shape with her hands. For this kind of service, the spa was overpriced. Breakfast: great breakfast, many options, everything seemed fresh and really cared for. Room: comfortable, great amenities, beautiful view of the ocean. Other: great pool(s), very clean, delicious food at the resto, clean beach, the most beautiful view of Bali on the other side.

The room, location, and service the resort offered. All staff members were friendly and helpful and we were constantly greeted wherever we went. The Cliff restaurant was the best restaurant I have eaten from in all of Indonesia so far and would highly recommend it!
